From buy-one-get-one-free and timed discounts to multi-buy deals and event-based incentives, the module supports flexible configurations tailored to selected products, quantities, sites or sales areas. Promotions automatically activate at the point of sale when qualifying conditions are met, delivering the correct offer to the guest without manual intervention.

In addition to automatic triggers, promotions can also be activated using a card swipe or a unique voucher code, providing further customisation and control.

Additional Information

Promotions has the following types:

• Timed - this promotion allows a group of products to be sold at a different price during specified time periods

• BOGOF - this promotion allows multiple groups and quantities of products to be configured with specific pricing, available during selected time periods.

• Enhanced BOGOF – similar to the standard BOGOF, this promotion allows selected products within a defined choice to be marked as ‘free’ when the promotion is triggered

• Multi Buy - this promotion allows multiple groups and quantities of products to be configured with a specific reward price, either applied estate wide or tailored to individual sites and sales areas

• Event – This promotion type allows selected products to be sold at different prices during a configured event. It can also enable or disable other promotions while active. Event activation is managed locally on site, giving full control when activated
